We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the excellent location right in the heart of the city in one of the biggest shopping districts, and the helpful staff who allowed us to leave our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also great, and the beds were comfortable. the hotel is very close to several metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. we highly recommend this hotel for a short stay.

This hotel is located right in the heart of the bustling city, on the main shopping street. You'll have easy access to all the stores and sights in the area. The helpful staff will even give you directions to all the famous tourist sites.
The noise from the nearby plaza can be quite loud at night.

I had a fantastic experience at a hotel just below the main retail district of Madrid. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with the Gran Via Metro stop just a few blocks away. One day, I wandered down the hill to discover the beautiful historic buildings and gardens, and easily found my way back using the nearby Metro stop. The hotel staff were really good too ensure my two-night stay was enjoyable. The lobby was unique and interesting, as it used to be horse stables. The Petit Palace chain is known for its quality, but the staff at this particular location made the difference.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the center of Madrid and had a great experience. the location was fantastic, being just a short walk away from all the main attractions in the city. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the room itself was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bed and large bath towels.
Everything was satisfactory during my stay.
